  • Active insurance (GL, auto, workers’ comp); COI naming TORCH as certificate holder

  • OSHA 10/30 for field leadership; safety program in place

  • References from recent projects

  • Ability to staff and schedule per scope

  • Clean communication and documentation (change orders, invoices, daily reports)

What happens next

  2. If you’re a match, we’ll request COI/W-9 and invite you to current or upcoming bids.

  3. Once approved, you’ll be added to our Preferred Trade Partner list and notified when opportunities fit your scopes and service areas.
